A large utilities company with 1500 staff required a job evaluation system that supported their changed emphasis from a staff inputs model to a model that focused on staff achievements.  Reward and Recognition project managed the introduction of job families to replace the Hay Job Evaluation system over a period of eight weeks using extensive staff interviews and cross-functional teams.
